Rules
  1. Running Lab Run 2024 ("the Run” or “Event” ) is organised by Outdoor Venture Pte Ltd in collaboration with Ideas Room Consulting Pte Ltd. Outdoor Venture Pte Ltd and Ideas Room Consulting Pte Ltd shall be collectively referred to as the Organiser. The Run shall take place in accordance with these Rules & Regulations that is applicable to the Participants, which can be found at www.runninglabrun.com("Official Website").
  2. Completion of the online entry form confirms the Participants' agreement to abide by the relevant Rules & Regulations of Running Lab Run 2024. These Rules & Regulations apply at all material times and to any ruling of the Organiser.
  3. The Participant agrees to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant contained in the registration form (the "Registration Data"); and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
  4. The Organiser may contact the Participant from time to time by email, and/or text messages. Any notice sent to the email address and mobile number registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
  5. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if the Organiser has grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the Participant's registration and refuse access by the Participant to Running Lab Run 2024.
  6. Any disputes arising from participation in Running Lab Run 2024 shall be referred to arbitration to be conducted in Singapore under the laws of Singapore.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other records of the Event for the purposes of administering, organizing, and promoting current or future event in relation to the Run. The Participant is taken to have agreed to the foregoing when the online registration form is submitted.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.

Registration

  1. When the Participant is required to pay, the Participant will be directed to a third-party website for payment (“Third Party Payment Services”).
    The Participant acknowledges that the Organiser is not liable or responsible for the availability or accuracy of such Third Party Payment Services, or the content, privacy policies, practices, products or services of or available from, or any additional processing fees charged by, such Third Party Payment Services, or any failure, disruption or error in connection with such Third Party Payment Services. The Participant may be subjected to or required to accept the additional terms and conditions of such Third Party Payment Services.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone Running Lab Run 2024 at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case they will make an effort to inform the Participant prior to the date of the event.
  3. In the event that Running Lab Run 2024 has to be cancelled or postponed, the Organiser shall not be liable for any compensation, losses or inconvenience caused.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right in its absolute discretion to set the fees for the different categories of the Run.
  5. Once the online registration form has been completed and submitted, there will be no refund of registration fees for participants who do not take part in Running Lab Run 2024, for any reason.
  6. No exchange of race packs, entitlements or any items are allowed.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse entries to prohibited areas without assigning any reasons thereof.
  8. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details.

The Event

  1. The Organiser reserve the right to amend Running Lab Run 2024 run routes as they deem fit for the safety of the Participants and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the Participant. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the Participant prior to the date of the event. The Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
  2. Participants must wear their assigned number bib on his/her chest at all times during the Run. Participants without the allocated bib number will not be allowed to take part in the Run.
  3. The Organiser reserve the right to delay the commencement of the run in the event of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after the delay, the Organiser reserve the right to cancel the Run without refund of registration fees.
  4. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any loss or damage if Participants choose to exit the Run from the designated exit points.
  5. No pets, or any form of wheel-run objects of transport e.g. inline skates, prams, push cars, shoes with built-in or attached rollers is allowed on the course during the Run except official and medical vehicles.
  6. While baggage deposit services are provided on the event day, the Organiser will not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage, personal or otherwise, to the belongings and items deposited. The Organiser also reserve the right to check any item or baggage deposited.
  7. The Run cut off timings are 1.5 hours for the 5km category and 3 hours for the 10km category.
  8. Participants who do not start within 15 minutes from their appropriate category flag off time will be disqualified and for safety reasons, not allowed to start. Participants who start in a category that they did not register for will also be disqualified.
  9. Baggage deposit services are provided on the event day. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage, personal or otherwise, to the belongings and items deposited. The Organiser also reserve the right to check any item or baggage deposited.

Safety

  1. Whilst reasonable precautions will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the safety of participants, Participants take part at their own risks and the Organiser, their sponsors and their appointed officials shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, costs and expenses, suffered or otherwise, and howsoever arising.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any Participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the run to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself.
  3. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/ or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual event day.
  4. For the safety of participants, participants are advised to run on the designated route and observe traffic regulations.

Cancellation

  1. After registration, there will be no fee refund for Participants who do not eventually take part in the Run for any reasons whatsoever.
  2. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their Run entries to another party after their registrations are confirmed.
