REGISTRATION INFORMATION

What am I entitled to as a participant?
Each participant will receive an exclusive event tee, finisher medal upon completion, tote bag, e-certificate, enjoy 15% off regular-priced at Running Lab retail stores upon registration, present your confirmation email. 

Can I amend my details completing my registration?
Do write to us at customer-service@runninglabrun.com and we will do our best to sort it out for you! However, based on registered participant, do let us know what to amend. Registrations are strictly non-transferrable. 

What is your cancellation policy?
There is strictly no cancellation or refund after your registration is processed.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Registrations are strictly non-transferrable. 

ABOUT THE EVENT

When is Running Lab Run 2026?
Running Lab Run 2026 will be held on 30 August 206, Sunday, at approximately 5:30am onwards. Programme flow will be shared closer to date.

Where will the race be held?
Participants will gather at East Coast Park. 

How many categories are there?
There are 4 categories: 5KM Easy Run, 10KM Competitive, 15KM Competitive and 10KM Team Challenge. 

Is there an age requirement to join this event?
The Event is open to all, and each participant attends the Event on his or her own free will.

The 5KM is open to participants aged 7 years old and above in Year 2026.
The 10KM is open to participants aged 16 years old and above in Year 2026.
The 15KM is open to participants aged 16 years old and above in Year 2026.

Can I choose to walk instead of run?
Sure you can! You can walk and still be entitled to your well-earned medal as long as you finish within the stipulated cut off time.

Are there cut-off timings?
5KM – 1 hour and 30 minutes from last starter to cross the start line.
10KM – 2 hours and 30 minutes from last starter to cross the start line.
15KM - 3 hours and 30 minutes from last starter to cross the start line. 

Do I have to wear the event tee during the run?
It is not mandatory however, we highly encourage everyone to wear them. Our photographers will be grateful!

Is there a bag drop service for my belongings before starting the race?
Bag drop service is available. The organiser will not be held responsible for any loss/damage to any belongings or items deposited at the event bag storage facility.

What if I am injured at any point during or after the race?
If you are injured or are experiencing any unusual health symptoms, seek the attention of our medical staff and/or marshals along the route. Ambulance services are available on-site.

Where can I retrieve my race results?
Please note that only the 10KM and 15KM race has time chip. Your race results will be available on www.runninglabrun.com 48 hours after the race.

Podium Eligibility 
To be eligible for podium placement or prize money, the participant must be the individual officially registered to that bib. Any runner competing under another person's bib will be immediately disqualified from all ranking, stripped of any rewards. Identity verification may be required for all top finishers before awards are finalised.

RUN ENTRY PACK COLLECTION

Where will the run entry pack collection be held?
Marina Square Central Atrium, Level 2, 6 Raffles Blvd, Singapore 039594

When is the run entry pack collection?
The run entry pack collection will be held on 22 & 23 August 2026, Saturday and Sunday.

Can I have my run entry pack delivered to me?
We do not offer courier services for your race entry packs.

I am unable to collect my run pack. Can I get someone to do so on my behalf?
You may appoint someone to collect the race pack on your behalf. All you need to do is provide an authorization letter with your registration confirmation number to your appointee which must be shown during collection.
